Hello my name is Mathew: I have an eye for seeing the big picture in all situations.

I have a unique work history that has taught me a lot about what is valuable to an organization. I developed my work ethic from shooting Olympic archery at a semi-professional level. I learned how to manage a client questions and handle transaction real estate business as a Realtor and by overseeing renovations for clients. I even have customer success experience from working front-of-house operations at a fast-casual restaurant.
